Amazon Web Services
Stampify establishes and operates in a secured, controlled environment using cloud services, distributed computing building blocks and other tools provided by AWS, which proceeded a third-party, independent audit and obtained the compliance certifications and attestations.
A shared responsibility model of security and compliance guarantees that AWS operates, manages and controls the components from the host operating system and virtualization layer down to the physical security of the facilities in which the service operates.
Stampify stays responsible for the management of the operating system, the integration of other services into their IT environment, and applicable laws and regulations.
To guarantee the confidentiality, Stampify complies with privacy laws and regulations, particularly with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation. The GDPR's primary aim is to give control to individuals over their personal data.
It means that Stampify processes user data respectfully to the user consent and only to the extent required for the platform performance.
The eIDAS regulation establishes a set of rules for businesses regarding electronic identification. Being compliant with this regulation allows companies to do business globally with the assurance of legal and enforceable status of e-signature.
Stampify partners up with LuxTrust, a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP), based in Luxembourg, to strengthen up the security level of the platform and its legal recognition.
Stampify is a player of the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) scheme with the role of Registration Authority (RA). The Registration Authority function allows us to accept a certificate request and to verify the identity of an applicant. After successful identification, RA reaches the certificate authority (CA) in the PKI and orders to issue the digital certificate and a pair of keys.
Having the role of RA, Stampify is able to to provide our clients from around the world with digital certificates.
The registration to the platform requires the KYC procedure. It guarantees that every taken action or signature inside the platform is constantly linked to the legal identity of a user and grants a legal status.
On the Stampify platform, the use of an advanced e-signature requires internal KYC procedure. A qualified e-signature needs strong KYC procedure with the use of a LuxTrust certificate.
Stampify uses LuxTrust certificates to verify the significant actions on the platform and to sign in a qualified mode.
